This machine is completely stand-alone not requiring any hydraulics or other power source. With its own on-board petrol engine and a low centre of gravity, the Multi 1000 is a very versatile machine on all types of farms. With a 1000 litre capacity this machine can easily dissolve urea in cold water, or hold 1 tonne of dry fine particle product in suspension. The Multi 1000 features our patented re-circulation boom design that delivers up to a 20 metre spread through just 2 large nozzles (Optional). This is so product can’t settle out in any dead areas found on typical boom sprayers. Fitted with a 100% Stainless Steel trash pump and a silicon carbide mechanical seal – specifically designed for this application, the Tow and Fert is built to last. All fittings are removable without a toolbox and can be done in the field. Depending on application rate, the Multi 1000 has the capacity to cover approx. 10 hectares in one load.

The Tow and Fert product range enables farmers to easily and quickly mix and apply foliar and fine particle fertiliser.
Numerous research papers show the significant benefits of applying soluble fertilisers as a foliar spray, and also of applying non-soluble fertilisers as a fine particle blend rather than in its usual coarse ‘ag’ grade. However the practicality of mixing and applying these fertilisers with traditional boom sprayers and solid fert spreaders has put the job in the ‘too hard’ category. The Tow and Fert range solves these issues and offers farmers an easy, economical and convenient way to apply these ‘hard to deal with’ fertilisers. This means that the financial and animal health benefits of fine particle and foliar fertilisers can be gained without complicating your farming practices. Too easy!
Product Details
The Tow and Fert range has many features which set it apart from a traditional boom sprayer. The mixing tank features patented powerful agitation, with mix ratios of up to 1 part water, 2 parts fine particle fert possible. The booms also feature our patented recirculation system, this means the booms continuously recirculate regardless of it the nozzles are spraying or not. These and many other features have been incorporated into the design of the Tow and Fert range to make mixing and applying fertiliser fast and convenient.
01. OPTIONAL: Load Scales
The scales kit separates the tank from the chassis on load sensitive bars and continually weighs what is in the tank. When calculating mixes using the supplied calculator software, the outputs are in kilograms which make filling the base liquid and fertiliser products accurate.
02. OPTIONAL: Dual Boom
The 100% stainless steel dual boom kit doubles the spray width to approx 20 metres and is mounted on break-away joints in case you misjudge the distance to the fence post.
03. OPTIONAL: Wireless Control
The spray operation and boom control can be done from the comfort of your tractor or 4×4. The Tow and Fert features a remote pendant so you never need to get in and out of your vehicle meaning it is fast and accurate to operate.
04. OPTIONAL: In Line Filtration
The filter kit in plumbed between the pump and spray nozzle and filters all the flow through a 3mm filter basket. This is easily accessible and can be cleaned in less than a minute with no tools.
05. OPTIONAL: Suction Kit
The suction kit gives you the ability to use the pump on the machine to suck from an external liquid source – an effluent pond or trough.
This includes a 6 metre hose, mesh filter, firefighting nozzle, non-return valve for the pump and shutoff valve from tank suction port
05. OPTIONAL: Tractor Coupling
Make the Tow and Fert versatile with the additional tractor coupling that can be swapped over in less than a minute without the need for any tools.
